1. Slip the Jab
2. Slip the Cross
3. Slip the left hook
4. Slip the overhand
5. Alternate with your partner
Try to use the momentum from each slip to carry you into the next. Remember to remain Balanced and tight throughout the movement. Take it slow in the beginning but with some practice soon you and your partner will be able to get A TON of reps in and really get into the flow state.
