I love bodyweight-type exercises. What are your thoughts on adding wrist weights, ankle weights, weighted get l vest? Hopping on one leg? On a mini-tramp? The possibilities are endless.

I thank the author of the channel for the content! If you want to develop great punching combinations in sparring, be sure to study the '400 Boxing Combinations' practice guide. It's a great way to improve your skills and become more confident in the ring!

Just horrible footwork. Always keep a distance between your feet! Your 2 feet come together, just 1 punch if you're in that stance and you're going to the ground

This is not for beginners. Take a beginner and watch him try this. He won't be able to do it.😅

Does it improves the conventional squat as well? In terms of increased loading?
@BattleLabs9 ай бұрын
Yes, I’ve noticed it gave me much more solid base when squatting conventional. Less weak links in my squat movement.

The zercher squat is correct u dnt need to go alll the way down its not needed, youl just lose balance and this targets more quads anyway good for mma training
