Can this exercise by chance help with Pickleball response? Sometimes the hard fast balls will fly right by.

Does it improves the conventional squat as well? In terms of increased loading?
@BattleLabs
@BattleLabs 2 ай бұрын
Yes, I’ve noticed it gave me much more solid base when squatting conventional. Less weak links in my squat movement.

I Zercher even heavier these days & yet to get the slightest injury. I’ve only gotten more gains. This “bad technique” seems to be working out fine for me.

Been hit in the face a few times and even once in the nuts. The nuts was the worst, it was that brush of death contact that you fellahs know about. "Does it hurt? No I'm good I'm gooo, nooo! Nooo! Nooo!!! pain"

Thank you for this video! There should be more comments for sure. If I had to hazard a guess why people don't like to shadowbox it's internal work with no external reinforcements and feedback, in a sense it exposes yourself and you have to actively time your movements, breath, distance, etc. precisely to use what you've learned.

It’s a drill to teach pendulum rhythm. If that were the case. Fighters like Bivol would be getting exploited for bouncing forward..
