Chicken biryani is popular Indian dish made with basmati rice, spice and chicken.The dish is made by first marinating the chicken in the mixture of yoghurt, spice and herbs and then cooking.The rice is then cooked separately with spices like cardamom cinnamon,and cloves and then mixed with chicken mixer before being served.The dish can also be garnished fried onions mint leaves and coriander leaves and food colour chicken biryani is a flavorful and filling meal and is often served at birthday party and special occasions.
Chicken biryani marinating ingredients.
1 kg chicken
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder (Jeera)
2 tbsp biryani masala it is in my channel you can check
1 tsp turmeric powder
1.1/2 TSP Salt
1 cup curd
1 tbsp oil
1/2 lemon juice
1 handful mint leaves
2 handful coriander leaves
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
4 green chilli crushed
Give a good mix rest for 30 minute
Chicken biryani gravy
4 big size onions fried ( birista)
1/2 cup oil
3 bay leaves
2 cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom
1/2 mace (javitri)
1 star anise
10 Black pepper
1 tsp Shahi jeera
5,6 cloves
3 Tomatos
4 green chilli slit
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes

1 kg rice basmati

6 cloves
1 black cardamom
1 star anise
3 bey leaves
1 tbsp oil
1/2 lemon juice
