Simple Chicken Biriyani | Chicken Biriyani Recipe for Beginners

📌উপকরণঃ
- 1 kg Chicken, large pieces with bones
- Basmati Rice- 600 gm (4 cup measure)
-Soaked for 30 mins
Black Cardamon- 1 pcs
Green Cardamon- 5-6 pcs
Cinnamon- 3 Sticks (1 Inch)
Mace - 1/2 pcs
Nutmeg - 1/4 pcs
Star anise - 1/4 pcs
Cloves - 3-4 pcs
Black papper - 7-8pcs
Dried Chili - 1 pcs
Caraway seeds - 1/2 tsp
Golden raisins-8-9 pcs
Garlic cloves -4 large
Plain yogurt-½ cup
Ginger & Cumin paste- 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Water- 2 tbsp
Blend for 2-3 mins
Cooking oil ¼ cup
Sliced onion 1 cup
fry until brown
Onion past 2tbsp
Add biryani masala
Cook for 5 mins
Add chicken pieces
Salt (to tast)
Green chili 4/5 pcs
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Saute for 5 mins
Hot milk ½ cup
Cook for 20 mins,
on low heat
Boiling water
Caraway seeds-1/2 tsp
Bay leaves 2 pcs
Cinnamon sticks-2 pcs
Cardamom
Cloves &
Star anise
Oil- 2 tbsp
add Salt
Boil for 2-3 mins
Basmati rice
Cook for 5 minutes on high heat
Cook till almost done 80%
Spread half chicken
arrange half the rice in a pot
Fried Onion
Spread cooked chicken on top
layer the top with rice
Cover & Cook 10-15 mins on low heat
Mix rice and chicken evenly
Fried Onion
Food Colour
Hot milk 1/4 cup
