Simple D.I.Y Custom Mugs!

This video I'll show you how create these really cool and simple custom mug designs using porcelain pens and glass etching stencils. Also 160 degrees C is equal to 320F .. sorry for being English :P

Nail polish works well as well, especially if you mix it with a bit of water although you'll get a saturated effect that way. Don't put it in the oven though, it's highly flammable!

Do you need the glass etching stencils? Can you just draw your own design straight on/ print out a stencil and cut out the white part (which will be what you want on your mug) of it and then tape it on then use the porcelain pens?

Yes, there is a you tube video on that as well. I have done it several times, You need to use a higher oven temperature.

People say the sharpie ones work but I wouldn't trust it I've seen several people say it washes off, I wouldn't trust the videos just buy markers actually ment for this purpose
