I did a very similar program style to how you train but I need help with resource guarding food.

Stonnie, you need a load of bricks to begin tying to Charlotte's head! It was just yesterday that she came up only to your waist! Whether they realize it or not, before your kids are grown and out of the nest, they have a vocation which they can always fall back on, following in dear ol' dad's footsteps.

Great basic understanding of training based on lifestyle. I’m really happy that I can load up groceries and my boys don’t try to jump out.

Hey Stonnie, I have watched and subscribed to your channel About 2 years ago When I got my 1st Black English lab. I used all your training techniques And a few Water dog Books that were given to me By my father-in-law Who has had several labs. I really appreciate your techniques. I just got Another black English lab about 1 year ago. Being both strong dogs I use the herm Springer collar attached to their leashes as a tool when walking the dogs everyday. If I don't they tend to pull when excited on the walk. So it can not always be a ch

I like learning the theory behind concepts, was never much for vocational pursuits , like to keep the bigger picture in mind. For example, wait versus stay always stumped me.

Wait versus stay is just a vocabulary prefernce

Charlotte growing up….looks taller. Will be eye ball to eye ball with you soon. Ha My lab is two and fairly obedient. Took him on a walk in a high traffic trail this morning and had him sit when we met cyclists. Most praised him. But one thing I haven’t worked with him on enough is stay as these dogs did in your video. He will stay for a few steps but just can’t hold it as well as yours did. My fault as most of our walks are off leash where hardly anyone is around. So got work on this some daily.

Great video. So simple, and yet people don’t get that they have to do the work an spend the time working their dogs! Everyday, especially if they have a Malinois…lol
