You must be everyone’s favorite card creator ❤️ I just love the card with the pink, yellow and peach flowers. It amazes me how you design such beautiful creations. I love adding the extra sanding to my embossed paper. It is really cool on color core paper. Rather than buying a special sanding tool, you can use nail buffer blocks. Have you tried using your embossing folders on acetate and then putting alcohol ink on the embossed acetate to bring out the embossing? It’s really cool.

These sanding blocks have been around for at least the last 30 years in the nail industry. You can buy them for like a buck at Sally’s or any beauty supply store. 1 will last you quite a while. The different colors of blocks indicate the grit. Pink, or white are good Grey if you want to get a little more aggressive.

The best bang for your buck would be to use an electronic die cutter for your lettering. You can use any font and die cut it. Also space saver too, since you won't have to purchase tons of metal dies for lettering.

Because you add so many pearls and such I can’t imagine how they’re not broken when they go through the post office equipment. Do you add a piece of cardboard in the envelope or something like that? Hi Jennifer. How do you send the cards you add gems or pearls to? I know you have mentioned that you use padded envelops but you seem to use these embellishments all the time and sending padded envelops is pretty pricey. Is there some other way to protect the cards when sending through the mail?
