Took half a day off to visit my friend on Thursday. It's been a while since we gathered together at her place. Good to see the cats, Harumi and Haruto too. Miu was hiding all the time and didn't come out. My friend uses the spices from the Marigold Co (IG: @the.marigold.co) to cook lunch and also made delicious Masala Tea for us.
Felt sick the next day, was somehow down with a cold. Was sick over the whole weekend and still unwell on Monday so I took the day off to rest as well. Attempted to cook a one pot lazy pasta but it didn't turn out so well. Used only canned ingredients at home.

Always weigh the pasta before cooking, so that you do not have wastage. Because you added more hot water after cooking first round, thus your pasta is overcooked. Hope you don’t mind my opinion, but there’s quite a fair amount of salt in most of your dishes (from the videos) - spam/sausages/ham, dashi sauce, salt, chicken stock, soy sauces, pre-mix sauces, Haochi seasoning powder, etc. 有点偏重口味。 Get well soon.

I have a question. Don’t you have a food delivery services in Singapore so when you are not feeling well or simply busy you can just order whatever you need instead of going shopping? In US and Moscow people barely go shopping anymore. Everything is ordered through mobile apps.
