House hunting is tough, especially the high floor for pretty view. Anw, saw part of your face from side view. You are very pretty 😊

You can actually search for your next home via a property portal like Property Guru which has the widest reach. You can search based on estate and type of flat. On HDB website you can also look at the past transacted prices to have an idea of the prices you may need to pay for your property. I found my resale via Property Guru and bought my flat without any agent. The buying process is straightforward. HDB also holds seminars on buying a resale flat which you can sign up for at a minimal fee. Armed with all this info (plus lots more via google search) you can actually continue with your house hunting without your agent. Anyway, best wishes in getting a nice next home.
