Simple everything day: Decorating with Postcards, Creamy Mushroom Pasta, Healthy Homemade Bibimbap

Simple vlog, daily life vlog.
Back from my Korea Jeju trip and still basking in the after glow. Decide to update the decorations in the living room which was still stuck in CNY mode. Using the many new postcards I got from Jeju, I switched up the decorations on the wall to give the house a bit of Jeju vibe. Looking at them reminds me od my trip and makes me happy.
Felt sick the following weekend. But I rather it happened after than during my trip. Tried to recreate a creamy mushroom pasta from one of my favorite restaurants. I think I succeeded although it’s not an exact replica. I was happy with it taste wise.
Made healthy Korean bibimbap for lunch as I needed to up my vegetables intake. I used tofu instead of meat.

Next time add flour to thicken sauce. Alternatively, I think adding pasta water will help a bit too.

The sauce always will be watery since you are using oat milk. For creamy pasta sauce gotta be used only cooking cream. The oat milk is basically good for nothing when it comes to cook something. Could be added only in drinks.

After watching ur video, i wanna try cooking the creamy mushroom pasta❤. Just had my home cooked soba with sesame sauce and looking for new pasta ideas. I think for ur pasta, the reason why the sauce is abit not that concentrated is due to u put in oat milk.
