Black beans and taucu are 2 different ingredients though. Taucu is fermented yellow soy beans.

Hi luvjoesong, thank you for the question 😄 Yes, pork fillet can be used for this recipe, I recommend pork shoulder. However, the braising time for the pork may take 45 mins to an hour, if the pork sizes are the same as the chicken size in the video. The bitter gourd's braising time is 30 mins, so you may want to time it according to the pork's braising time.
