Hi guys! welcome back to my channel, I shot this video awhile back but I didn't have time to post it. These are some of the exercises that I used to grow my legs ever since I started training back when I was a young guy. This Is a simple leg work out, regardless If you're an beginner, intermediate or advance, you can train these exercises by yourself or with a friend. Btw, I was really tired when I began talking at the Introduction, so forgive me... lol
