I love that you're customizing your kitchen to work for you. I was a little nervous about taking out the beautiful cabinets, but I fully recognize that they were not working for you. Function is king. I found you from the hurricane stuff and staying for the rest of your content. I used to make everything in my kitchen from scratch, although I didn't quite grow everything from scratch and I live in a suburb. I'm really impressed with your abilities. I stopped cooking from scratch when I had my 4th kid and I ran out of bandwidth for a lot of things. I've been expanding my garden but it's taken me 3 years so here's to hoping I'll finish up my projects soon and be back to self-sufficient lifestyles. I do really like the idea of hydroponics for herbs, so I'll be watching your vids on that next.

You definitely should look for a rustic ladder pot rack their are all different kinds would help with your space for pots and pans and more you can even build your own .

You're going to love your new Wolf toaster oven, I bought mine on Amazon Prime Day after my Breville toaster overheated and started to burn after 6 years of use, I hate to repurchase items, I like things to last. 😊
