SIMPLE MAKEUP TRICKS THAT MAKE YOU LOOK TEN YEARS YOUNGER IN 10 MINUTES
1. Simple makeup tricks to make you look 10 years younger in under 10 quo minutes. Light hand /glowing skin/ lighter dewy look.
2. BB cream or take your regular foundation and cut it in half with your moisturizer. I take Avon Illuminati’s and mix a few drops with my BB cream. Don’t overdo the glow.
3. Next eyelid primer. I have learned any extra on brush you can put under the eye in case of fallout from eyeshadow
4. Concealer to hide discoloration under eye.
5. Fill in brows a little bit. Don’t want too heavy brow.
6. Shadow nice neutral matte eye palette. Lighter color inner corner of the eye and then up into the brow area. Try to create depth and definition. Blending brush to eliminate any harsh lines and soften look. Tight line line top lash only. Mascara upper lash only.
7. Can use light power. I don’t by choice.
8. Bronzer - #3 movement on your face.
9. Blush and small highlighter above cheekbone. Personal choice.
10. Lips - lighter as we grow older. Lip liner + lipstick + gloss
This look allows your skin to come through. Gives warmth to the face. As we go into fall and winter it’s a healthy look. Less is more. You can play around with what you already have.

Sandra looks great with her eyeshadow. I really need eyeshadow and a bit of liner for definition. I get compliments when I use makeup as opposed to when I do not. We are all different and there are no hard and fast rules other than just don’t overdo with whatever suits you.

I too (56) just began doing that. Previously, I NEVER wore foundation....maybe 1-2 times per year, for a special occasion and when I'm wearing makeup. But on an average day? No makeup. Just a swish of lipstick, dab of blush, cover a red spot or two, brush brows, and OUT THE DOOR. And then one day it occurred to me to try and make my own tinted moisturizer more or less. I put a blob of face moisturizer in my palm, added a dab of foundation, mixed it all up with the pad of my pointer finger, then quickly rubbed the moisturizer into my skin. Just that tiny bit of foundation mixed in with my moisturizer, and wow, my skin looks even MORE glowing...and without looking 'made up' or like I have FOUNDATION on. It just looks like I have even more fantastic skin! ;-)

Keep using your fingers to apply makeup, esp. foundations/BB creams/concealers. I have good brushes and a sponge but I always end up using my fingers, too. You have the most control when just using fingers and they are the same temperature as your face, making blending better. You do your makeup very well - subtle and classic styles which is how it should be. I don't know how you came up on my suggestion list but I'm a new fan. In my late 40s, I am changing how I apply my makeup. Tip: use the lipstick you are wearing that day as your blush and cheek shaper. Blend with fingers. It looks beautiful and natural, like your cheeks are picking up the glow of your lipstick.
