I would say: Trust in God/have Him in you're life. I have God in my life, and He is real. He is the one that gives me everything i need, nomatter what. And He is the one that gives life a purpuse. I have tried the love from Him. And i will tell u, that it's the best love i have ever had tried, and that will always be the best love i would ever try. If u invite Jesus into you're life, u have everything u need. He's peace is so... ✨magical✨. And if u wan't a life where u experience that you're life has a purpose, i will let u know that inviting Jesus into you're life, will chance the whole u. It maiby looks like to be scary, but i promise u that it is the best transformation u will ever get💖 If u want to know more about Christianity, the christian life, God, ro something in that kind of vibe, u can text me right here 🤍

Listen to your instincts is my favourite. Your instinct isn't some airy fairy thing, its based on evolution and the fact that you are absorbing information at all times in different ways through your senses all of the time that you are not consciously aware of. So it is all of that information coming together to guide you. Trust your instincts - they know best.

Thank you, Sandra. I am recovering from knee replacement surgery, and my first floor looks like a hospital ward. No, this isn’t the time to redecorate, but I can declutter and make it as nourishing as possible. I also appreciate your discussion of feeling a little sad about the holidays without most of your loved ones. You are trying to make the best of it, rather than feeling sorry for yourself. I have some loved ones who don’t seem concerned about my recovery from surgery. Well, the only person I can change is me. I can turn to positive practices like you do with the Scripture reading, meditation, etc. ❤11:16

Brief: Don't hold love Don't take obligations that you can't do And Don't ignore your invitation and gut feeling Don't wish your life away We all have regrets but you what?don't hang on to them they won't let you progress Where you are now isn't the same that where you will be in the future so don't get stuck Don't get stuck Don't expelled energy Stop spinning in the mud and use your bad feelings to propell you, stop being measurable and pathetic Opne your brain and educate your self and expand your knowledge and get to know new horizons *embrace your uniqueness, individuality, imperfections *to parents:support your kids but never wait them to reciprocate

at the age of 20 I just found that there is absolutely nothing permanent in your life. all these people are here just to teach u something and then leave you , so I think the most important thing you own is yourself . love yourself and never forget that u are not alone you have God and he is always there for you

Oh my! I've been pulling out of closets, drawers, and corners in rooms...just so much stuff. I'm making a huge change throughout my home, it's so freeing to turn loose of so many things. I'm so looking forward to doing just as you say...making new spaces and creating what nurtures your soul. Such a timely video, thank you for your wisdom❤

1) Treat others how you would treat yourself. 2) Do what you believe is right. 3) Be curious about life. Live and stand by the truths. 4) There is no wisdom without experince, so go experince adventures, but be careful. Life turns upside down unexpectedly. We can only try our best to expect the unexpected. 5) Accept and face your emotions, but don't let them control you. 6) When you feel troubled and lost, get back up. It's not about how many times you lose, it's about how many times you come back and finish what you started. 7) Nothing in this reality is more important than the way you treat yourself. The way we treat ourselves reflects the way we treat others. Take care of yourself. I'm turning 23 this month and this is what I would tell my future little loved ones in order from childhood to adulthood.

Oh my goodness! It’s so true, the story of your sister in law friend. I also had a friend who was very aggressive and rude and the reason was laying in her childhood as well. Her little brother had died and her father was raising her up as a boy. Perhaps he regretted not having a son only a daughter. So in consequence she grew up feeling inability to be as good as a boy, being not good enough and pretending to be someone else. It’s so sad. She never tried to change her attitude. Finally I had ended our relationship because I couldn’t stand it anymore . I believe it’s so important to be a good person and to work on ourselves as it influences not only us but all the people who are around us. Beautiful aspect showing that we are always as one. Thank you Sandra Ania from Poland

Forty five years ago we got a phone call on a Friday that we would be bringing home our soon to be adopted baby boy on Monday. We had no time to plan, and no baby things at all. When I called my mother to tell her, she said “The baby will be fine sleeping in a drawer until you get a crib”.

Thank you so much, Madame - and Congratulations on over 600K subscribers! Fantastic! Your conversation resonated with me as I am trying to look at creating space as also something which provides self-care. Each of us deserves to feel safe, loved, protected, happy and surrounded by positivity. Throughout this holiday season, which can be difficult for many, I hope we can all give ourselves the gift of self-care - in whatever way/s that may be. Let us share the love with one another and ourselves!
