Hi from Annie lovely to see you looking so good and it gives me a bit of a push in the right direction to look after myself bit better I am 20yrs younger than you but at times feel 100yrs old, Have had some health issues over the last ten years that have slowed things down a lot and I feel like I am back to square one again trying to start building my strength again and fitness levels all these need to be improved a lot. I find it hard to accept that those health issues slowed things a fair bit it frustrates me a lot too as I ask how did that happen.Well 12yrs ago had melenoma skin cancer cut out from my left ankle that also caused some nerve damage there too and so it swells easily and is tender and do not have 100% nerve feelings there so have had few falls due to getting foot caught on something and you not feel that in your foot u keep walking and then you easily can fall it hurts landing on your knees or any boney parts as you know, Well had about 4 falls in 3to 4yrs bruised awfully and tender the left knee got all red infected then green stuff there for ages had to see nurses every second day for bandages etc was on antibiotics too, and after that op had MRSA infect which took most of the year for that ankle to heal and I was not walking outside the house put on 15kilos still not got it all off, I am 95-98kilos. Had heart failure couple yrs after ankle on many tablets for that itis left ventricle issue which doc says may be from some virus a while back. These things effect your fitness levels and your ability to keep fitness up to top level. The heart meds make you wezy and give you asthma type symptoms so you get given an inhaler ventilin to open up the lungs, tht is a steroid which I rather avoid. So when you go for walk you get out of breath a lot and have to stop or slow down, it is very upsetting as prior to all this I walked about 10km most days. The nerve damage on ankle makes it swell and the circulation is not as before so can't really get up to what used to do as well. I have also gotten these unattractive veins appear all over legs never had that till took asprin that was part of the heart meds there were 5 tablets all different to take dropped the asprin and one fluid tablet after about a year o so, but veins still there now you see when your blood is too thin like from asprin use then you get there burst veins like blue and purple or red little streaks in your skin no attractive.

You made me laugh when you said if a man is not physically attractive a beautiful woman falls for him and you said "no, it's not about money!!" I was thinking that! 😅 I think women have that 6th sense because we are the main care givers of our children. Learning to understand their complex needs makes us more patient and empathetic. But I also think men who are the main child care givers develop that 6th sense too. So is it biology or something we learn from our own upbringing? 😊

Hi from Annie, that is so true that most women get misunderstood by men. There needs to be a lot more conversation between men and women about these things and how they are perceived. But how often do you sit with a man and engage in deep meaningful conversations? It is very much needed if we are to move forward. Men most likely do not think it is needed but most sensitive women would say it is needed, that talk that goes very deep and is intimate. This way both can grow in a more spiritual way together. It all takes time and patience, along with practice.

Excuse this Australian having a bit of fun, but on a Facebook post, I've dedicated this to Donald Trump when he emerged from court expecting a massive crowd only to be met by stony silence and his own security team. Not even his family were there to support him, which says more than his usual hyperbole. Sad. I grew up in the '60s and went to a filming of 'Romper Room' where I was one of the kiddies on the show. I took my ukulele with me which i played along to the songs made famous by this children's television classic. Great memories, especially the Do and Don't Bees. ❤

Women, as a group, seem much more introspective. We are concerned about our own interactions in the world and the effects we have on others.

Sandra, no doubt, there is so much food for thought in this video!!! During your video, I couldn’t help but chuckle to myself as thought about the many ways my husband and I are different, as well as alike!!! I absolutely think it’s more about being right-brained or left-brained, more than any other reason, that could possibly explain our differences!!! I am always fascinated by how we are alike in so many ways yet we are so drastically different in many other ways. I always just shake my head when I see an argument coming with him and I try not to get too mad as he struggles to understand that he is once again faced with giving in to a good idea or to something he really doesn’t want to do!!! We have been together 45 years and I don’t think that he will ever really get everything about me-much less realize that I am usually right. He will never learn that I had him figured out a long time ago and that I most always know what he is thinking before he has a chance to open his mouth!!! I absolutely believe it’s our differences that create the attraction-at least it’s true for us!!! We bring out the worst and the best in each other-that’s for sure!!!

I entirely agree. Even the lyrics of the song only deal with the shallowest manifestations of being with someone. I think this "women are from Venus" blah blah is also used as an excuse to not try and empathise with a partner, heaven forbid to find fault in one's own actions or have to compromise one's own wants. So much easier if the woman is just difficult or pms-sy. Whereas women often are forced to compromise as we are so often at a disadvantage physically and monetarily. We are more often reliant on our male partners, mostly perhaps also due to childrearing and all that entails. And with that disadvantage comes inner strength and spirituality. I do think that the times are changing though. I know many people who see themselves as diverse or simply very sensitive guys who are also finally being heard. Diversity and understanding and simple kindness are things of real beauty.

I think that we women give up our power when we make allowances for men that they don't make for us. It doesn't matter if our way of looking at things is the more spiritually elevated position. Until they learn to do it, we are giving our power away.

Nice video. What's interesting about what you say is we all deal with the same conflicts - differently. both men and women. I will say that there was a quote from the Godfather that I always remember from the main character's father: "Men can't afford to be careless - women and children can - but not Men." Why? Because a man must instinctively protect and be willing to show they have a killer instinct in order to do so. I wish this wasn't the case but unfortunately its true. I do wish we all could just follow the golden rule. Anyways, i saw your videos years ago and never showed up on my feed again until now. Strange.
