KSI is not stronger than James Haskell (Retired Professional Rugby Player). Those guys are insanely strong, especially at big compound movements like squats and deadlifts.

Recently changed from my normal workout to your legs workout from the rugby ebook, had decent sized legs before but feel like my muscle mass has increased at a much quicker rate since. Awesome, huge help! Cheers James

Probably best to practice the moves without weight. But I imagine Haskel wasn’t expecting KSI to have absolutely no idea.

Do this often. 6 X 6. In the gym for 20/30 minutes max and great for fat loss.

How heavy were the weights and the bar

Bar is 20kg. Plates are 10kg each. So 40kg in total

I do something similar but I start at 8 reps of each exercise then each set drop a rep for each exercise until I get to 1 then the last set is 8 again.
