KSI is not stronger than James Haskell (Retired Professional Rugby Player). Those guys are insanely strong, especially at big compound movements like squats and deadlifts.

I do something similar but I start at 8 reps of each exercise then each set drop a rep for each exercise until I get to 1 then the last set is 8 again.
