Good thing you replaced the mosaic glass tiles backsplash in the kitchen, because that looks so outdated already... the marble octagon tile you replaced it with is so much better and is such a classic. .. love your work always 👍👍

Excellent job on the wainscoting, the kitchen backsplash and brass cabinet handles, plus your choice of wallpaper in the bedroom and the charming wall painting. You really outdid this one! Very calming and love the wainscoting and textured walls. Love the kitchen and backsplash, the only thing I didn’t like was the high countertop, it made the kitchen so closed in kinda weird looking but other than that it looks great! Love the bathroom and bedroom ❤

Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, unfortunately I can't do something about that sort of hybrid of a bar and an island counter. I would have wanted for it to be still L shaped and make it as a breakfast nook with recessed under cabinet so it won't obstruct the entryway... 😊

Wonderful makeover of the apartment. The only suggestion would be to have chosen a frosted glass multi spherical chandelier above the dining table. Exposed / visible light bulbs will be outdated very soon. I switched out my dining pendant / suspension light fixture to frosted glass and now there isn't any glare from the lightbulb. It is great to see that you also kept several pieces of the clients' furniture - bedhead and bedside draws. Overall a delightful home.

Save your wet wipes and use a smooth wet sponge for cleaning up your filler. You can rinse out the sponge and reuse it. It's the same process like grouting,

That took away from your professional image. Your audience doesn't need to know such details. And as a woman watching, it was embarrassing to hear and felt disrespectful.
