Simple Pancake Syrup, Only 5 Ingredients!

This is an increadibly easy recipe for pancake syrup! if you are working on cutting preservatives and dyes out of your families diets then this is the perfect recipe for your morning sweet breakfast!
Pancake Syrup
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 cup water
1 sick butter
1/4 tsp extract (maple or vanilla)
