The pneumothorax is rather discreet. The crescent of free air is more clearly evident with the video played in high resolution.

I feel like you explained it very well, but there is just nothing to see? I just can't see it? Is it darker? How do you see the lung tissue?

It can be difficult to see. Did you try watching the video at a higher resolution?

@@Med4VL if you put the resolution to HD 1080 and put the screen right up close you can just about see the crescent of free air.
