Hi Rhian The best thing you can do for your hair for being tangled is a silk pillow case. The thickening shampoo from Australia seems to working good for the people I have talked to. Have tried the Australian shampoos don’t work on my hair as I have scalp psoriasis. I don’t use a hairdryer as it’s bad for your hair according to drying hair. What they recommend is the Dyson hairdryer as it does not harm the hair All the best. Rhian xx

Hi Rhian, I’m a new subscriber. My hair is very like yours, same length and style and I too have fine hair……I was interested to hear you used the John Frieda thickening shampoo and conditioner and didn’t see a difference because I am using them at the moment and I too can’t see a difference……they’re not cheap and I won’t be purchasing any more from this brand. Am liking your videos by the way🥰
