Thank you for this. I lost my husband to suicide just this past November (we were together 22 years). I just turned 39, so I have a lot of life still to live (Gods willing). I have been coping well. I think using these ideas will really help me in 2025. I will be able to look back and, hopefully, see the joy I found. During a time when feeling happy comes with feelings of guilt, and experiencing the world alone (for the first time) feels terrifying, being able to be intentional about finding the positives just feels right. Thank you. Blessed Be.

A few years ago my best friend give me a realy cool birthday present it was a beautiful old bottle filled with so much pieces of paper i have to open one mini letter every day. On every little notice was written with something i can laugh about jokes or memories we have together or a compliment what she loves on my charakter or my skills. On some letters where silly funny stuff others are heartwarming but every little letter was a smile every day and a focus on positive things in my live❤❤❤ your joyjar let me remember on that wonderful gift. A wonderful idea! Thank you!

The prettiest Christmas cards cut into long pieces could be used for the notes. Placed length-wise in the jar, taken out one by one to write a note, folded and returned to the "Joy Jar". 🏷

Happy New Year. Its nice to hear some cozy wind again like your previous video. Your suggestions are nice for renewing the energy. I agree your ideas are quite neutral. They appeal to a wide audience. I think everybody reflects at the end of the day or year in one form or another. Its also called self dialogue when people chat with themselves internally in their mind without realizing to make sense of their day. Its really a way for the mind to process information and put it in the computer so to speak. It helps form newer perspectives as we emerge wiser in a new year.

Totally with you on the morning pages. I find it much more useful to journal at night - it helps quiet my mind before I go to bed. Love the joy jar idea - definitely want to make one. I’ve also seen someone do a vision jar by decorating it and putting some pretty thins in the jar, and then write down some things they want to do in the next year.

Dear Lady Luna I want you to know how much you give to me in the context of pure common decency. I should love to have met a girl like you [ I'm 72😂] but, alas, never did. I've seen a lot of what life can do but those vbes emerging from you serve for me as reassurance in a hostile world. May you and Andy enjoy Norway and stay safe. Happy New Year 🙏 x

What a lovely video. I've always found this time of year emotionally difficult so I used to write myself a letter and put it in the Christmas decorations for me to find on the following year. It was to give myself support and to confirm that it's never bad as i was worried it would be.. Unfortunately my ex girlfriend threw them all away as she couldn't understand them. I didn't do it since. Perhaps I should resurrect it although I don't find this time of year as bad as I used to. Love the Idea of the joy jar. I've never heard of that. Have a wonderful new year 🎊

Thank you, Luna. 🌻 Those are wonderful ideas, and I hope I get to try some (like the doorways and releasing rituals). I wish we could have a real Winter here; it's been in the 70°s (~ 21 - 23°C?), but I really prefer the cold, or at least some rain! 🌧️ I hope y'all have a great time in Norway, and a Happy New Year! 🎇🪩🎉🌅

Thank you for another amazing video for us! I LOVE watching /listening to you🤗I wanted to ask a question off topic if I may? Ok, well, maybe a few lol.* Your diy hair oil* Have you considered making it available for us to purchase? I would personally pay ANY price you ask!❤ Also, the application of it. Do we put it on and then rinse it out, or shampoo it out after some time? I bet your followers would love a new, updated video! Also, The beauty products around your tub in your precious video! I'm SO curious what you use and their benefits! Thank you for your time sweet lady, and many blessings to you in the New Year!!

This is an amazing video any advice on wash it the laundry? I know it’s a little silly haha but my roommate started a load of laundry after midnight and he has done so much for me. I know again this is a little silly but he asked me to dry his clothes and I didn’t because of the superstitions…however I did throw salt over my shoulder onto the washed clothes 😭😂 was this right to do or should I just get over myself and the superstition and re wash/ dry them? 😂
