Try the Revair on very damp hair on high heat and fan speed of only 4. You will get a much smoother result than going through with low heat on hair that's not that wet, and then going through a second time with high heat to try to straighten. You will get ideal straightening on a single pass as a lower fan speed and higher heat with wet enough hair. That's because the Revair is literally pulling the hair straight by tugging at the water molecules in the hair. So if your hair isn't wet enough, it doesn't work as well. But if you have the fan speed too high, you wind up with tangled ends. I learned the ideal way of doing this when I bought one and wanted to return it because I wasn't getting straight enough hair. I kept increasing the fan speed, thinking that would pull my hair straighter. No! Thankfully their customer support knows how to work with different types of hair with the device. The woman asked me questions about my hair and then was able to give me the above info for my hair. It has worked perfectly ever since. The results shown in this video aren't nearly as good as you will be able to get with the texture of hair you have when your hair is wet. You can get much straighter hair with a Revair, and with less handling. Try it!

I think will try your technique for washing my hair and only section my hair in 2 sections. You make it look so easy, I usually section in 6 sections bcuz I hate detangling. My hair isn't quite as long as yours but I have mad thickness and am low porosity and I always detangle with okra gel. Luv ur channel, I have yet to try your products, I will soon tho, I am a product junkie and typically make my own everything.

@@janetidavies for me it's alot easier to make since I cook with okra alot, I just boil my okra with onion and garlic an and what ever herbs I'll be throwing in the soup I'm making like basil, thyme, parsley, oregano and rosemary. Strain it into my ice trays and ur done. Last time I made it since I didn't cook soup or stew I threw like 3 or 4 whole okra, flaxseed, rose petals, fresh rosemary and hibiscus in a pot... that was just me playing around with stuff in the kitchen and it worked great. Added a nice splash of my diy oil and had a hot oil / detangling pre-poo treatment 👌 😅 . Worked great I don't remember if I used a tea rinse on this wash day so I had all the herbs in pre-poo cocktail anyway 😆 🤣 😂

Hiya, please How do I start a natural hair journey since I hv relax hair. What products should I be using? Should I cut all my relaxed hair off? Please how long did it take you to get to this length? Your hair is very beautiful 😻 I also wants to find out if natural hair is painful cos I’ve heard people talk about it that it is painful and expensive to maintain? My hair texture is pretty much like yours. How do I do the porosity test?
@pedritadorsainvil11232 жыл бұрын
You don’t have to cut your relaxed hair yet Queen… you can simply stop putting a relaxer every 2-3 months and your roots will grow out. Once you see enough new growth to your liking, you can cut off the straight ends🎊🎉. Keep in mind your texture might be different once you cut the straight ends…. Might be courser or looser…

I just want to say thank you to everyone for giving me advice. I want to change my comment by not saying We but instead I. I just wish for real that the love and dedication I've put into my hair would have given me better results. I really envy not in a malicious way but I envy all the women with beautiful thick and long hair. When I watch people big chop and have their hair longer than mine only after a year it feel so discouraging. So many times I asked God why? why me? I even feel ashamed to tell people how long I've been trying to grow my hair because the results are so little.
@nyeeshajoy37682 жыл бұрын
Peace and blessings to you! You may need to big chop too! I can remember having heat and color damaged hair, I tried so much to doctor it up to no avail, then I heard the spirit of the Lord say if it is not producing fruit, cut it down and start again. Your foundation has to be strong, and so sometimes we have to start fresh to see the maximum growth especially if your hair has been through a lot! All things are possible, just like with anything in life, you must be disciplined and determined to yield the results that you desire, don’t give up! Ask God for wisdom, and he will answer! Trust the process, and don’t give up during the in between, that is where I am in my journey today ✨🙏🏽✨

Natural hair journey includes your diet, your health, your sleep patterns, your protective styling, avoiding heavy gels etc.., heat not applied to your strands, investing in good products & finally focusing on you. Your crown is already beautiful, just go at it 1 step at a time. Keep a journal & do your own research on items. Not everything works on everyone's hair & understanding your moisture cycle all makes the difference. Happy hair journey.
