Simple Scrapbooking Layout 2 with Stampin' Up! Take to the Sky Suite

I'm on a roll creating very simple layouts with minimal DSP (Designer Series Paper) and keeping the focus on the photos. In this episode I share tips for creating balance with your layouts using Close To My Heart's Make It From Your Heart Volume 3 (How to Book) using Pattern 17. It's a great way to keep the scrapbook layout simple and focus on your photos and story. Plus, I share another great tip shared by Tammy and Terri for lining up your alphabet letters. Holly this layout come together so nicely. Love how you made your airplanes. I have this set haven’t used it yet. Although my daughter just went to Jamaica and she has some photos on the plane so I’ll start there!

Thankyou for sharing your lovely Creations, love you still use those amazing CTMH programmes they are going to be so versatile to use over and over again with your new venture in creativity. please consider, do not buy the large SU machine it really is not brilliant .Keep your CTMH machine and maybe invest in the mini SU machine its better and for small dies perfect you do not have to drag out the big machines all the time .I call it the little pal on my desk ..Out of the two i have got rid of my large cut n emboss machine was a bad investment for me personally ,it is a poor pressure , not always smooth running through even though i have tried tons of various positioning with the dies. The 3D embossing folder never seem happy running through it i have kept the mini machine .which really is so useful sorry i have gone back to a Sizzix foldaway handle type it is far far better The large SU clear cutting plates plates wear out too soon.. I now have amazing die cuts and it cuts through , like cutting through butter. I am sure the CTMH is better from watching crafters use it , because you can ajust the setting . not sue of any replacements plates. of CTMH since its closing. One tip the back of the foil sheets is sometimes shiny surface and depending on which glue is used it sometimes dont stick easy. I lightly sand the back of my foil sheets so the glue grabs better. I guess dry adhesives are easier to stick than a wet glue which i use so i have wiggle room . Example tear tape or tape runners probably better for you to work with for scrapbooking. wet glue for card making which i do is fine and goes further . Glad the copper clay worked with saddle i think its nice to mix and match your cardstocks .With CTMH ceasing its not like you are promoting other cardstocks, so carry on doing it i love it.i also love the way you call it suite its much better you call it what you want .🎨

It’s the name of the heavy bomber that the company Avro made. Pretty cool considering my maiden name is Lancaster & my distant family is from England. ❤️
