Round nose pliers or Bail maker
Needlenose or chain nose pliers
Flush/snips/wire cutters
26cm of 0.8mm - 1mm wire
6/8cm of 0.4mm - 0.6mm wire
Fidget crystal or bead of your choice
Optional:
Hammer & block
Cord or chain to finish!
Hello gorgeous, thank you so much for joining me once more for another jewellery-making tutorial! I decided to have a go at redesigning my snake pendant design and why not take you with me!
In this design we have three lush components, the Snake symbolism, the Red Garnet (obviously use any crystal or bead of your choice), and the all-important fidget element! I thought I would include some extra information to further what I talk about in the video just incase you're interested! =D
The Snake Symbolism
⭒ Transformation and Rebirth: The shedding of a snake's skin is often seen as a symbol of transformation, renewal and rebirth, representing the ability to shed and shake off old habits, thoughts, or beliefs and embrace new beginnings!
⭒ Healing and Regeneration: In some cultures, the snake is associated with healing and regeneration because of its incredible ability to renew itself through shedding its skin. This is often seen as a symbol of the body's ability to heal and rejuvenate.
⭒ Wisdom and Intuition: Snakes are often associated with wisdom and intuition. They are seen as creatures that move gracefully and purposefully through life. In some cultures, the snake is considered to have a deep understanding of the unseen world and is associated with intuition and awareness.
Metaphysical meanings of red garnet:
⭒ Vitality and Energy: Red garnet is very often associated with vitality, strength, and endurance. Believed to help energize the body and mind, promoting courage and confidence. a perfect booster for winter when our energy often runs low!
⭒ Passion and Creativity: Red garnet is also linked to passion and creativity, inspiring love, devotion, and sensuality. It is believed to stimulate the flow of creative energy and enhance your ability to manifest your desires.
⭒ Grounding and Protection: As a root crystal Red garnet is associated with grounding and protective energies, helping to bring a sense of stability and security. It is believed to ward off negative energies and promote a sense of safety and strength.

I love the snake, and that’s why I watched this video to the end. However, for it being a beginner project and really an easy one, it took almost 30 minutes for you to do it. And I felt like there was so much on necessary chatter that it was a big distraction. It’s unfortunate because I don’t feel like I can subscribe even though I believe in the work you do with crystals, I just can’t listen to you narrate every single thing you’re doing. Unfortunately.
