Hi Miss A, thank you for the question 😄 Although it can be eaten raw from a quick check online, it is rarely done so here in Southeast Asia. Many dishes dress up the tofu to have it with a flavourful sauce or gravy, similar to meats and fishes. It will be tastier and cleaner that way 😄 Hope it helps 😄
