Please, please, please is there a substitute for lemon zest?! Lemon zest has an extremely bitter aftertaste for me.

@CuriousGrace818 On the "Taste of Home" site, there is an article on substitutes for lemon zest. Good info. Here's a sample; you can use equal amounts of orange zest. You can also use lemon extract, too. Just read how much to use. Good luck!

You may be getting some of the pith which is very bitter! Try a more delicate zester? Maybe? i dont know. Thanks for watching!!
