I use to be a very positive energitic beautiful lovable person I use to help everyone I use to share all my thoughts,plans that I had done a biggest mistake and I gained my weight upto 80kg so, than again I started I managed myself learn to control my thoughts , applied some of ur ideas in my diet I too didn't followed any diet plan I started maintaining my timing portion control and I lost around 30-35kg in 3years . I totally agree with Gen z, I have son of your Kid's age, born and brought up in the UK. Very progressive thoughts , fair, judicious but still very connected to his culture and not touched by the "side" of modernity. This generation will definitely face scarcity of resources, jobs, housing and other issues. They do have their set of issues to grapple with. And yes " Only the paranoid with survive". Do not trust what you watch and see. And yes I did watch the first show , first day. No one wanted to accompany me, so went by myself.

Am from middle class family so I have to manage my career, family , my parents leave at Village they do agriculture amd my father is also a employee he manage both very sincerely I give respect to my parents but the thing is am failing so many exams to build my career and my time is moving out and am still not married , am not saying to solve my all problems but am sharing with u becoz if u feel something is missing in my journey I got to set my life on track as soon as possible whenever I tried to believe people they proved me wrong always now am 27 after me my sister and brother r also there .
