If we have to shoot and show our routine to somebody we feel like following it religiously orherwise there is no such motivation, one cannot be so consistent like you, getting up and doing all things in proper manner. There are days we skip something or other and i feel that flexibility is fun. Looking at yourubers routine we actually get overburdened.

Hello Kiran, don't take it as a negative comment but you need to take post workout meal immediately after coming from gym otherwise it will cause muscle loss ,do watch rujuta diwekars video on pre and post workout meal and even your food combinations are also very bad,it will gradually harm your body!

Almond ko kabhi skin ke saath nahi khaate..uski skin me antinutrients hote hai jo almonds ke nutrients ko absorb nahi hone dete.. isiliye humesha se soaked almonds peel karke khaate hai.. Don't mind but pls take more knowledge about food and its combinations
