I definitely agree with the barefoot shoes. Made a huge difference in my form and muscle growth. My feet look cracked in a good way, very strong in a very fast pace in comparison to other softer shoes. In regards to carbs I disagree. Intermittent fasting. Keto. These two things give me large amounts of energy. If I eat more than once or have too much carbs I get sluggish tired and fatigued. I actually can do so much more with eating less. And I think it makes sense in regards to hunting. Being hungry is letting your body focus on getting more efficient at getting your food. But otherwise you are relying on an artificial combination of ingesting foods and substances you normally wouldn’t have access to. Which is more detrimental to your Health than otherwise. Like the video you showed of the African tripe jumping. I highly doubt they have a life style of excess food and electrolyte's on speed dial, and yet look how graceful and swift they dance into the air with that height. I think less is more, but the common knowledge points otherwise. Which to me looks as a business tactic rather than a necessity tactic

Setting all day is fine as long as you do like a hallowbody aswell. its not all day doing stuff ... its when you stop doing stuff.. you need to look down and look up. you need anterior and posterior hip position. for speed and jumping you need anterior hip its more powerful just make sure you do not stop doing the opposite movement. you can set all day.. you can look at your phone all day.. make sure you also do the other movement.. stop blaming setting stop blaming looking down.. it is not that .. its just simply not doing the full range .. It could be just one time a day making sure you look up and look down turn all the way to the right and all the way to the left..

How explosive you are comes down to two things. It’s in a persons nature plus practice at the specific thing they want to be explosive at. Pro athletics are fun to watch but if people think that athletes have achieved something amazing through hard work they are colluding themselves. The best athletes in the world are born with the ability and will be the best in the world even sometimes in spite of their training or diet let alone because of it. People that aren’t that good at athletics hate that idea because they want there to be hope for them to make a massive improvements.

Scrub mentality
@justjumari2 жыл бұрын
Lol I’ve seen guys go from scrubs to top in the state and nation within 1-2 years over 100 times. The “gifted athletes” aren’t born with it. They usually just started at a very young age(4-8 years old when most athletes start at 13-14) . You just gotta work with good trainers or study the science of it all to really know that all you said isn’t really true . Improve mentality to see better results first!
@thecrow45972 жыл бұрын
@@justjumari Every guy you saw do that (assuming that is true) is still in the point 0.001% genetics and natural ability but probably didn't understand the game properly or dial it in mentally yet. They still were born with the ability to be top tier neuro-muscularlly, physiologically etc. Name one athlete in basketball or football who is at the top league's of their sport who is not a genetic freak? People make this argument all the time and will use MJ not making his high school team as an example. MJ was 6'6 and could dunk from the free throw line. That is a genetic anomaly.
@sebastianries3550 Жыл бұрын
@@thecrow4597 How do you know that every guy he saw was .001 genetics? Do you realize how stupid you sound? If the athletes he saw go from scrubs to top of state/nation played basketball, football, or track, then all 100+ plus of them were a part of a group of 2-5 thousand people out of millions who play the sport. so your saying this guy was able to see such a large percentage of the 0.001 in only a few years? Natural ability doesnt get you to a pro level. You still have to work incredibly hard. Steph curry, trae young, tom brady, kyrie irving, luka doncic, etc athleticism isnt the only part of sports.
