Simple Three-Output Pulse Generator for Digital Circuits

Make sure if building these circuits use a 74C14 or 74HC14.

I built the three output square wave - pulse output and found that a 10 K resistor must be placed on pin 3 (to ground) following the diode in order to properly obtain a sharp single spike. I was than able to obtain pulse widths as small as 50 nanoseconds.

two D type latches can be used to output a quadrature signal to drive a Tayloe Balanced Mixer.
