Did a Great job on The THRONE there !!! Make the door thicker for yourself incase of BEARS coming into the Unit then !!! 3 INCHES thick is what I make my doors so I am safe in there then !!!

You did a great job. What state are you living in. I have a piece of property between Gainesville and Ocala. I couldn't put something like that on my property. It's all about money money money money money. 15,000 for the well. about 10 to 15000 for the septic. starting at 3,000 for the electrician. That's why the property is still barren. I don't make that kind of money. But at least the land will be paid off next year.
