Putting some wd40 a day before it helps a lot also if you can find old cassette screws work really good

Use a rubber band and magnetic screw driver. Place part of rubber band over the screw hole and press in the screw driver. Magnetic screw driver will find the screw head easy. If you still have trouble use small amount of alcohol or wd40 on qtip then try again.

Damn I managed to unscrew my old Zandar figure I wanted to fix but the chest section seems to be welded shut so I can't put the O ring in his chest? Have you seen this before?

The screws on Ebay are never the ones you need for their backs, they always send you screws that aren't long enough, I have a few Joe's that need repaired?🤔🤷🏽‍♂️
