Hand sized pan sized !!! !First time watching and it made my day watching this. In NC we call em Warmouth/Momouth/Goggle Eye, but they are technically rock bass. Used to bream fish mostly with my dad but he passed away, so this reminds me of the Good ol times with him. You can't catch em at the house in the couch!!!! Keep on keeping on!

He must be fishing in a Southern State because the Crank on his Reel is on the right. Out here in the West, we have always had the Crank on the left. Especially in California. That is why I only use Baitcasters with the Crank on the left. It is more efficient. Unless you are Left Handed. So for me, having the Crank on the Right is a Southern thing.

Man I have a local lake that I go to because they have 15-20lb channel cats that not a lot of people know about. While I'm waiting on the catfish to bite I usually will throw a Carolina rig with a nightcrawler on the bottom so I can restock up on bait in the meantime. When I tell you that I was catching Shell cracker in the 1-1.5 lb range one after the other I was shocked. I was looking for smaller bluegill but those sucker's kept hitting. I caught so many of them that I eventually ended up keeping a few to go along with the smaller sized eater catfish. Some of the real big ones I threw back.

I fished Allatoona about 25 years ago. It’s a clear lake. My cousin lived in Powder Springs and we went fishing. A strong front passed through and it was very windy. We managed to get a few bream and bass

The mayflies were hatching on lake Eufaula and we definitely caught the daily limit using crickets and worms. Caught some nice blue gills
