This is the nerdiest video you’ve made but I love it. 😂 Good idea and good info.

You know it's funny Jim I really didn't expect anybody to watch that video but it just keeps chugging right along. We use reflectix for a lot of things. We carry a small piece of it in our backpacks when we cross country ski so when we sit down to take a break we sit on it and keep our bottoms warm from the snow. I see a used wrong so often in homes but it has so many other purposes other than that. Just handy stuff to have around

I wouldn’t have thought of that hack! The only thing that would be annoying for me is the crinkly sounds as I move a lot at night and am a very light sleeper. Thanks!

Once you get in and the material warms up it is not not as noisy. It was pretty cold when we did this. What little noise it makes is worth the warmth!

Just discovered your channel last week. Love the mod videos. I pick up a 2023 Bushwhacker 12SK next week and I am going to do some of your suggestions. Wondering if I could put this reflective insulation under the mattress on the bottom of the underbed storage to get the same effect? I also saw another hack that said to use a couple of small inflatable sleeping pads under the mattress to make it more comfortable!

@@robertcumming2035 thank you for taking the time to watch. I highly recommend you check out our video about why a creeper is such an important tool for an RV owner. I was actually working on a 12sk when I made that video. Probably some of the best information we've put out in a video yet.

I use two mountain alps self inflating sleeping pads under the fuzzy covered mattresses and they work well. Easier for getting in the under-bed storage and the front cabinets (12 SK). 23 degrees is the lowest temp so far. Fun video.

I caught a short segment of this video on a recent Playing with Sticks video. Good work gets noticed.

I put bottles of hot water under the blankets about a half hour before going to bed. Can even leave them for awhile after crawling in to snuggle up to. I don't recomend sleeping with them.

I have a 6 inch tri fold queen sized mattress in mine. Do I even need this" Could I put the reflectex under the mattress? How could I add an airspace? Enjoy your channel!

Thank you for taking the time to watch. It's hard for me to say if you need this. If you are as cold natured as Cindy, you might. Obviously, we are not using this as per the instructions due to the lack of airspace. I personally think it works best right under our fitted sheet. I use this all the time when I am working under houses. You can feel the difference immediately in that application.
