Fantastic video Dr Taz. How often during the day do you recommend we use the tools? Before and after meals to check for insulin spikes?

Can you better explain how to keep track of temp and heart rate? Do we check it throughout the day? Are there certain times? Levels to look for?

What's the name of the gadgets that you introduced after oximeter? It's blue in colour. Thank you

The blue thing was a portable fan. She's saying if you're always hot and need a fan to cool off, you may have a hormone issue.

Do you know what type of hormone imbalance is indicated by an abnormally high libido, as a female? Especially if it is that way all month, not just during ovulation. I have had testosterone tested and it was normal, and that was before I went on spironolactone for acne.

So I’ve had my hormones tested because I know they’re off….. I can feel it. My hair loss is so bad at my temples, SUPER BAD acne on my chin/jaw/neck (which I have never had a problem with my whole 32 years of life), my periods have been so irregular, all kinds of stuff. But my “levels” came back fine. Can a blood test be misleading?

yes - and you often need a deeper dive
@uhohnoseatbeltTV2 жыл бұрын
@@DrTazMD thank you for a response! My provider just kind of shrugged it off, are you able to recommend any deeper dives? I did recently find out that I also have IBS.

@uhohnoseatbeltTV hey, saw your comment and wanted to let you know that the time of month you get your hormones checked as well also makes a huge difference on how your results are interpreted. Also, check out Dr. Eric Berg's videos on KZbin - they've been super helpful in helping me with my acne journey. Hopefully, they'll help you with your issues too. Also, try spearmint tea twice a day for hormonal acne.
