Dr. Taz I do not have any regular periods so not sure if I can apply the remedies you've listed. The Doctors told me to use progestin mini pill for 3 years to control the fibroids bleeding (and estrogen dominance) and so I did. I'm not sure if it is safe to be on it for such a long time. I am abstinent and the pill is just for that cause. I also got diagnosed with hypothyroidism and insulin resistance. I follow your videos and apply your knowledge but I'm afraid to do anything concerning the pill. Could you please give me advice on how to safely come off the pill without causing it to bleed? Is there any other natural replacement for the progesterone? Please help 🙏
@sarah_nichole2 ай бұрын
Yes, you need so much more fat in your diet! All hormones are synthesized with fat. Hormonal imbalances, irregular periods, hypothyroidism is all caused by lack of fat in the diet. I run a program where I help women align with their bodies to balance hormones and lose weight and I see consistent results applying this and other simple alignment principles. Please don't give up hope. Your body is incredible and will achieve balance naturally when you provide the correct environment.

How can you apply the tea cycling if you had a hysterectomy but still have your ovaries? I historically had horrible periods, anemia, and uterus septum and I was told the hysterectomy would help especially with the chronic fatigue but I feel so mislead and my belly fat increased and I’m still fatigued with blurry vision.

Lots of good fats. Hormones are synthesized from fats. Most women are deficient in fat and protein and most all hormone issues are directly related to fat deficiency. I run a program where I help women align with their bodies so that it's easy to lose weight and balance hormones. I see very consistent results from increasing fats.

Hi Dr. Taz! If we take the Eastwest belly fix supplement, do we still need to take a digestive enzyme separately? I have PCOS and am skinny but have a lot of belly fat😅
@DrCodyGolman8 ай бұрын
"Hello @EGRS20! I appreciate your question and love Dr. Taz's channel. Regarding the Eastwest belly fix supplement, it's designed to support digestive health and may assist with weight management. Given your PCOS and concern about belly fat, incorporating a comprehensive approach to wellness is key. While the Eastwest belly fix supplement contains ingredients to support digestion, individual needs vary. I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to determine if additional digestive enzyme support would benefit you. As a natural healthcare doctor specializing in weight loss and hormone balance, I understand the complexities of PCOS and the challenges it can bring. If you have any further questions or need personalized guidance, feel free to reach out. Sending you lots of love and support on your wellness journey!"

I was having vaginal bleeding and thickened uterine lining, had biopsy, ultrasound and D&C. I have a follow up this week and I'm wondering if my dr will put me on something. I was told years back that my progesterone was very low from another dr. I wanted to know if I can treat this with progesterone cream? Is it strong enough?
@stephanievanaman6525 ай бұрын
I wonder the same thing. My obgyn did not offer progesterone, she did order 10mg when asked, but I bought 50 mg progesterone cream and take it as directed and I feel better. I have not yet had the D&C but will as soon as my insurance is restored. I just wish I knew which strength natural progesterone cream I need.

Thanks for the information. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out why I'm gaining so much weight. I eat well and exercise.... I've done a ton of research and I'm fairly certain I'm experiencing estrogen dominance, even though my estradiol is only 26. I'm 41 with a hx of partial hysterectomy nearly 8 years ago. I think my ovaries are giving out. I'm so frustrated. I've worked so hard to get my body fat percentage down and then all of a sudden, boom! I'm gaining a ton of weight. I'm going to try a few of these methods and see if I can't get some results. Thank you!

Hi Dr Taz I would really value your opinion. I’m 52 and perimenopausal. I have been experiencing a lot of the symptoms of low estrogen and have been incorporating some estrogen rich foods and herbs in my diet. Which I often crave. Lab test, however, reveal an estradiol of 539 up from 59 and estrone of 139. This also makes sense because I have all the symptoms of estrogen dominance you describe. It feels almost like being insulin resistant where you have all this glucose but it’s not entering the cell. I crave exogenous estrogen, it’s high at times but not effectively going to where it’s needed. My question is how do I balance and optimize estrogen in my body?
