I think I've worked out why Emma is so relaxing. It's just her aura and her energy, you can see it just from looking at her. I dunno, normally I'm not into energies and stuff, but whenever I feel too wound up, just seeing a thumbnail of Emma's video can be calming. She just has energy that no one else on KZbin has. And it really calms my nerves.

I am not one to make posts on videos...as a matter of fact, this is I believe my first one in decades, but it is without saying, I felt it necessary. I have been following ASMR for a few years now, stumbling on it by accident really and admittedly, youtube is a very important outlet for ASMR artists. My need to post this is as a visual artist by degree and one comes across something that is just as influential as what one sees; as what one feels. Emma, I must say, you are to the ASMR community as Georgia O'Keeffe, Pablo Picasso, Frida Kahlo, Claude Monet, Mary Cassatt, Salvador Dali, are to the art world. They took us places within the mind many could only dream about. It is an escape from the druthers of ritual life. You take those of us who feel the depths capable of ASMR to such magnificent levels. Everything you do is an inspiration on many folds, be it the sensations one feels, the ability to become calm, the necessity of sleep, and overall, an uplift out of any despair, or feelings of hopelessness or negativity, and as an artist, you fuel the mind with an expanse of refueled creativity. You paint a mental canvas for us that invokes similar feelings of staring for hours at one of life's many important paintings which at the end of the day, we think we have touched even the smallest piece of the meaning of life. For that I am truly thankful and hope you continue and prosper in ways fulfilling your own dreams and aspirations. You have the gift, and this world is all the more special with you being a part of it.

I just simply adore you. You are my favorite. I don't feel tingles with ASMR but you relax me and I do care about you. I was told that whispering for long periods of time is actually painful or can cause damage. Do you find that's true? I wish you well.

Elizabeth Fisher I've never heard of it being painful, but I do know that whispering can actually ruin your vocal chords. That's why professional voice coaches never recommend that singers do the "whisper sing" thing (i don't know the actual name of it, maybe humming? you get the point). Not the same thing but very comparable.

I've been sick for so long and finally went to the doctors yesterday and I've got bronchitis for the second time this year. It's so frustrating being sick during the summer. Jess RN ASMR Thank you, and yes plus plenty of rest and antibiotics. I don't like being on antibiotics because they weaken the immune system but when a bad cough lasts for nearly three weeks and doesn't seem to be getting any better, I didn't feel I had much of a choice. Plus I have an inhaler now which helps out a little.❤️

Thank you for yet another awesome video Emma. If you need ideas what always gets me is the folding of clothes. When I go clothes shopping and the store clerk folds what I'm buying and puts it in the bag for me I get serious tingles. I think it's the sound of nails and price tags and buttons on the counter.

I'm new to your channel. My friends always talked about you but I didn't know what "ASMR" meant. I googled it as my friends told me to check it out. I was struggling with sleep at the time so I thought it was a great idea. I KZbin "ASMR" and it came up with people like "ASMR Darling" and "Gabri ASMR" but then I found this video on the page.
