How to make Homemade Biulir Daler Bori on Gas Stove and Oven - Lot of us are staying in places where ample amount of sunlight for drying these boris is not available. So this video will guide how to make these boris in an oven and a gas stove, without the need of sunlight.

INGREDIENTS:

Urad Dal (বিউলির/মাষকলাই ডাল) - 1 Cup (210 Gm)
Ash Gourd (চাল কুমড়ো) - 300 Gm
Ginger - 1 Inch (8 Gms)
Water to Blend - 4 Tbsp (¼ Cup)
Black Pepper (কালো গোলমরিচ) - Crushed
Nigella Seeds (Kalonji/কালো জীরে) - ½ Tsp
Salt - ¼ Tsp

দারুন আইডিয়া তো! রোদের অভাবে বড়ি করাই হয়না। চেষ্টা করে দেখবো। আদা গরম মশলা,মুলো,মেথিপাতা মিহি করে কুচি,সজনে ডাঁটার শাঁস এই সব দিয়েও বড়ি করেছি। বেশ ভালো হয়েছে। আপনারাও করে দেখতে পারেন।
