Payal a range hood is a million times better than a microwave fan for this type of cooking. The air quality in your home will be better with no food smell. Just a friendly comment.

Next time payal if you are making food for your friend again, just ask her before you do, because I remember when I had my accident and friends were bringing in food, it was so much that later we had to throw away some food....hope your friend recovers soon.

She will need it as she has to take rest for 2 months after surgery .

@@SimpleLivingWiseThinking payal my dad is a doctor and he pushes for natural remedy...until she recovers for 7 days continuously ask her to eat the following: one small guava riper the better( if you get semi ripe or even raw is also good) + honey...remove the seeds of guava and put it in blender and make paste add little dahi( skipping dahi is also ok if in winter don't want to eat) and eat it....half guava in the morning and half in the evening..all the injuries internal and external heals faster. After my second surgery my surgeon was surprised how nicely the stitches healed.... please ask her to try...it is worth trying ...I am telling you it's my personal experience.
