Haven't watched you for some time now but I guess I got to see a "best moment " for you and your family. I hope you had a Merry Christmas spending time in the new home. I lost my wife on December 17th and this has been a bad time. I did make it to Arizona and put our winter home on the market. I just can't be there without my wife. So I'm staying at our home in Colorado Springs because this is where our son and his family live. Three boys and one girl are the best grandchildren in the world. They know the pain grandpa's going through and are doing their best to help me. The oldest is now fifteen and the youngest is two. Enjoy your family and make time for them every day.

Next time you buy batteries, take one. Put them inside your jacket to where they stay next to your body. So they're not getting cold when you're driving home. Don't just lay them in your back seat, put them inside your jacket or in a pocket. That's going to stay warm next to your skin. And your battery will last a lot longer. As long as you keep it warm and if you buy dural cell, you're going to stay longer anyway or ever ready batteries

Just stumbled on your channel. What a wonderful build you've got going. You should be very proud!!! Here's a thought for future reference. When working overhead or cutting in painted corners at ceiling level. Get a couple 2x10 or 2x12 planks. 8, 10 or 12 feet long. Round up a mess of 5-gallon buckets. Turn the buckets upside down and use them as a base for your planks. If you need a bit more height, stack the buckets inside each other. Every bucket adds about 3 to 4 inches in height. With a couple planks you can walk from one end of a room to the other. Easier to move than a step ladder and quite stable. Thank you for your time. Be safe through the finishing process!

I'll start with Happy Birthday Craig! He has to be the best friend in the world, besides all of my best friends. Hahahaha. Biata, once again I am so proud of you in fixing a mistake. You fixed one problem, but it caused another problem which you fixed right away. Most of the so-called professionals That I work with daily would cause the new problem and ignore it saying that it was someone else's job to fix. I am lucky if they even tell me about it so I can make sure it gets fixed. The shot of your house in the dusk with the lights on inside was beautiful. I have followed along on your whole journey so far and I have to admit that I was a little emotional to see your family spending time inside your warm masterpiece. Great job.

You should build a simple wood shed because tarps on top of piles will rot the wood. Most simple method would be just to replace tarps with metal sheets that air will flow and wood dries properly. Nice work with your house, keep on building.
