Hi Scott, nice vid! I am a beginner to all calendar programs, but need to learn as I am starting an online tutoring business (retired teacher). I am worried about privacy of information - privacy of my information, in my own calendar (I'll probably use Google), and also privacy of my clients' information, in the Calendly version that they see. I have a Google account started for my business, but have not used the calendar feature in Google before. Can I put full details there (for my eyes only), but when Calendly pulls data, it will only pay attention to "busy" versus "available"? When people look at the Calendly calendar to browse my availability, they will ONLY see available or not, but NOT the actual data on my times unavailable, right? So if Sue looks for an appointment, she may see I'm not available at 11:00, but she WON'T see specifically that I am meeting with Joe, right? [In case Joe doesn't want his name publicly viewed.] And she WON'T see details about my doctor appointments, family reunions, or other private matters that I might have in my Google calendar? Do I need to exercise care in naming meetings, so this kind of information is hidden?
