I feel a bit worried about you saying you want to go further with the minimalism thing to stop yourself from worrying or feeling overwhelmed... Its okay to feel those emotions. People who say they don't are just pretending... I hope you dont try to be perfect too much because its okay to have your head be a bit messy sometimes, its only human ❤️

I most certainly do not feel worried or overwhelmed. Why? I am a 67 year old Swiss pensioner, on a good secure pension in a beautiful country where things function super efficiently and smoothly. Have no toxic people in my life. Am a minimalist living on a high standard in Switzerland.

It's ok to feel stressed in times of change... decision making is truly part of it and it can be overwhelming, take deep breaths :) The book I'm reading: Amyr Klink's "A hundred days between sky and sea" (Cem dias entre céu e mar), a journal from crossing the Atlantic on a boat but truly many of his reflections about life. ;)

She saved money on a laundry bag. I use an old pillow case I found. But it's good to get extra uses out of a plastic bag, to keep it out of landfill garbage.
