that 4906-9101 is either an older version or the wrong cover, the cover would say truealert if it is the current version.

You are correct. It has the QuickAlert cover plate. I don't like it when installers swap the cover plates on the TrueAlerts/QuickAlerts because it's just nice to keep the original cover plate on so you'll get a sense of what year it may be from. Unfortunately the second strobe at 4:45 is actually an Addressable 4904-9352. You can tell because of the extended circuit board that goes below the strobe. It's actually in fact a very early 4904-9352 from 2000 due to the strobe reflector. It actually looks like a Simplex QuickAlert.
