Air fryer is just a fancy marketing term for a mini Convection oven. Convection ovens use a fan to circulate heat. Microwave's use electromagnetic radiation. You can google this stuff easily.

Well everything I’ve cooked definitely tastes better, especially fish like salmon, but also I love very crispy little lamb chops, and it makes lovely roast veg in half the time than conventional oven. I bought one air fryer last April and I’ve not used my oven since, then at the beginning of the year I purchased another 3.4 ltr for extra room 😂
