Very important thing indeed! Thanks for many tips. To add a few points. Keep an antihistamine( anti allergy) , eye drops aspirin, ibrufen etc too in first aid box . Also I keep some rolling bandage n elastic ones for joints like knee , elbow n ankles. Secondly keep a chk on expiry date , chk every 3 months. Also there are some medications for every day that can be stocked for few weeks n labelled with the name of person . Thyroid, BP, sugar , cholesterol etc need regularly. Have advance stock always. Some elders at home may need help with filling their weekly pill box. Fill that n keep extra in other place . I see people getting inspired by westerners n keeping medicine in bathroom.. not a good idea really. Keep in dry n dark cabinet.

Hi Pl keep creams for burns Kitchen itself...will prevent Unnecessary running ... Just adding Keep icepacks ready..in fridge For falls...insect bites...etc Safely kept medicines out of reach of kids...but in Emergency difficult So keep med cabinete easily Accessible always...for all Aji its just adding a few more..ideas Wellthought of video😀👍
