Dough: (for 23 whites)
* Kefir - 500 ml.
* Eggs - 2 pcs.
* Salt - 1 tsp.
* Soda - 1 tsp.
* Sugar - 1 tbsp.
* Vegetable oil - 40 ml.
* Flour -800 - 830 gr.
For filling:
* Minced meat - 900 gr.
* Green onions - 70 gr.
* Parsley - 20 gr.
* Dill - 20 gr.
* Salt - 1 tsp.
* Black pepper - to taste
* Milk 20 - 30 ml.

* Parsley - 10 gr.
* Dill - 10 gr.
* Salt - 0.5 tsp.
