Dang sorry for your loss man. I bought one case for my 11 pro a year ago and it’s been through hell and back. Screen hasn’t shattered nor has the back. I actually work for FedEx and one day on my route my phone literally fell out of my truck since I had the door opened and I saw the phone get run over and the phone was still intact!

Yeah I mean phone glass keeps getting stronger and most slim cases are gonna break in the same use case anyways. Most cases are just basic plastic on the back anyways.

JH Entertainment, I’d have to agree on SCF, but not Speck. I had a speck grip case for my 6S for 4 years, dropped it a ton and my phone was fine. I was able to trade it in for an 11. You should check some drop test videos on their new presidio grip also. Dropped 3 times from different heights and it’s totally fine. I wouldn’t call that shoddy.

I do think my experience with Speck has been a little inconsistent, but I feel they are pretty decent quality. Overpriced at retail sure, but if you get a Speck case for like $20 that's usually a pretty good deal.

Wrong about Speck, the polycarbonate ~25$ matte finish case has protected my note 10+ (almost 7 inch screen!) from multiple Drops from 4 ft and times i thought it was a goner but it was ok. Maybe its a good case, maybe its a good phone, maybe its both?

@@gerardorodruiguez5928 I was Disappointed when my Presidio grip and pro cases for my 11 pro max cracked at the corners after a drop but the new Presidio2's are pretty solid and I dropped my Presidio2 pro a couple of times and no cracks.

I have a case of there’s and I’ve had for 2 years and I have never had a problem with them. They are great products I’ve dropped my phone so many times and It has never cracked at all.

I’ve had their case on 3 of my iPhones, including my ex’s phone. NEVER had an issue and I drop my phone on concrete and asphalt a lot too. Of course if it lands on a rock with the screen face down then not the case’s fault. If you put your keys in the same pocket like me, the case gets scratched up but it’s not even that noticeable.

Nice video.. I like the Idea of the Award.. could the second one go to the Otterbox defender? I ordered it for my 11 pro max from Amazon. I must say, i had to return it because it felt like the cheapest plastic i have ever seen on a case. Then i saw a video on KZbin showing a 6$ imitation.. Looks exactly the same. I think it is waaaay to expensive for what they are offering !! I would bet the symmetry costs mehr in production than the defender!

The Defender isn’t terrible. The build quality has gotten mildly better over the years. One of the reasons why there are so many knockoffs is because the design hasn’t changed.

MobileReviewsEh You’re right it isn’t terrible. The quality of outer rubber is decent but you must admit that the inner plastic shell is rather flimsy! Compared to cases half the price, it feels cheap 🤷‍♂️. The mous limitless case is as expensive but when you have it in your hand it is real quality!

Believe it or not but I dropped my iPhone in a UAG case and the back shattered. I specifically chose it because of their history with being strong and durable cases. Anyway it all depends on your phone and how it lands so drop tests don’t mean anything to me these days.
