Hey girl! Love your videos! Such an inspiration!! Just passing along a little tip I recently learned. To make the creamiest mashed potatoes, mash them before you put any seasoning, liquid or butter. Makes them silky and creamy! Just a lil FYI 😉 keep doing the dang thing girlfriend! We’re here for it! 🥰

I love watching your videos, especially your weekly meal preps, it gives me ideas for my meal prep. I’m from Australia so I find it hard to get certain ingredients from the USA. I love how you use fresh ingredients and spices etc. all your meals always look delicious.

Always love weekly meal prep! We are starting the GF journey here for some of my family as well, and I found GF bread crumbs at Walmart. They are called Puerqo I think. They are ground up pork rinds. They are so delicious!!!!! 😋

Awesome video. I am not into cooking but want to improve. I watched some of your previous videos but did not know that you cook gluten free. I am so excited about this because we need to cook gluten free as well after a diagnosis we have in the family. Thanks so much for sharing your tricks. Greetings from Germany. ❤

Love your meal prep video's. I wonder when you are meal prepping for a week you cook all those meals in one day, then do you freeze any of it for the later meals in the week or do they stay fresh enough to eat what you prepared on Sunday or Monday to eat on Friday? Hope that made sense. I am a freak about eating food that has been in the fridge longer than a day or 2.

We love the Aleia's GF bread crumbs too. There is no place near me that carries them. I found them on amazon if I order through whole foods but delivery costs are off the charts. More "searching" led me to Vitacost. I purchase a lot of my supplements and health foods from there already so now I just add the bread crumbs with each order. And its the cheapest I have found too so that's an added bonus

Typically spaghetti pasta is used for carbonara but u can also use rigatoni or bucatini. I have always had it with spaghetti pasta

My maiden name is Carbonara so it’s one of my favorite meals we had growing up except my mom used to use ham in it and I use bacon but always use spaghetti so you made the right choice lol. Looks yummy

Hi! I just found you and I totally enjoyed your video. I never precut celery and freeze it as a meal prepping step because I'm usually adding celery so that it retains some of its crunch after being cooked. I saw you use frozen pre-cut celery and was wondering if you could tell me whether it holds any of its crunch in the soup or does it become soft like the green beans in the carrots? I never thought to reheat meatloaf slices in the air fryer and that's a great tip. 😊 Thanks❣️

The meals look great. It’s always best to put two slices of bread (the heels if you can) on the bottom of the loaf pan. They will soak up all of the fat coming off of the ground beef. FYI you spelled Wednesday wrong.

People are allowed to make mistakes, just as you did when you said “heals” instead of “heels”. How about we normalize showing others grace?
