Here’s a 40 minute workout using two of my favorite props. A Theraband and mini ball offer an increased, 2-fold, “bang for your buck”. The band not only offers a level of resistance that increases the activation in your muscles during the movement, but it also is an aid that helps stabilize through your movement. The mini ball is great as it allows for a certain level of instability in your movement requiring more activation of the core, and it allows for direct feedback on movement. Hope you enjoy !
