I was feeling overwhelmed with a barrage of thoughts and worries before I clicked the video. Now there is this gentle alert awareness. Freezing one thought and just looking at it. What a wonderful and simple approach. Thank you!

I re-watched/listened to this a few hours after the first time. It really worked for me! I'm very familiar with the idea that thoughts are consciousness, but I've never EXPERIENCED that before. So clear. And.....when my dogs made some noise, it was also instantly clear that the noise was consciousness -- the noise was me. VERY nice! Thanks!

This was pure art, thank you so much. The visuals complimented the words perfectly it actually brought me to that place where everything is experienced as the same one substance. I'm super excited to come back to this some more and try to stabilize that experience and deepen the clarity.

The resting in this place of pure awarness is something that will just click someday, thoughts might come and you might get lost in them for a few seconds but you "come back" into this awareness and just rest again; thats the inquiry.

I think it's useful to ask "Is this true?" In other words, everything he's saying can be seen as a question which is then your task to verify yourself. So, for example, if he says "thought is made out of consciousness" ask yourself if you can find a point of separation between the thought and the consciousness of it. If so, where is it, what does it look like, etc. He's saying simple, true things. Determine "are they true?"

It is true that happened to me. When I was in an online group setting, i guess I was just listening. Without thinking about what people have said. I just kinda was there without any interference of mind. Then I started to loose focus of the faces and after a while i was starting to move away from the reality I guess? Like almost if this slight white fog became more and more apparent and i started to see patterns and and shapes of light and dark abstract stuff. Was this an altered state? It seems so to me

Get out! is the thought here now. Permanenting? The only thing permanenting is pain, pure physical sensation of throbbing pain. Thought? "How can I die? No connections on this earth, no family, friends or even a soul who knows. Why am I here? Who am I besides a pain container that moves on legs and sometimes explodes in anger when buttons are pushed. Oh consciousness is present is all of it. This body is PAIN.
